March 4th through March 11th is team notification week. You should hear from your team manager any time during this week. If you do not hear from your manager by Tuesday, March 12th, please email playeragent@harlemll.org.

We have limited space for players who are 11 or 12 by April 30, 2013.  For all other age groups 5-10 and 13-16, you must join our waitlist.  To register, request financial aid or join our waitlist, please click on “Register for the 2013 Season” on the right side of the home page under “Recent Updates”.

REGISTRATION
Our last In-Person Registration is cancelled due to the blizzard. Please register online because there will be no more in-person registrations. To register online, you will need a major credit/debit card to pay the registration fee plus the processing fee.

If you do not have access to the internet or have a major debit/credit card, please ask your family or friends for assistance. You can buy a Mastercard or Visa debit cards from your local drugstores.

Your child is guaranteed a space on a team when you register by February 9th. If we reach maximum capacity in a specific age group by February 9th, the age group will be closed and a wait list started. Registration fees will go up after Saturday February 9th.

SKILLS ASSESSMENTS
Our last Skills Assessments will take place next week Saturday February 16, 2013 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Jackie Robinson Recreation Center, 146th Street and Bradhurst Avenue. Skills Assessments is for new players only ages 8-16 as of April 30, 2013.

• Sport: Co-Ed Baseball

We play with a Nine (9) player batting lineup that consists of players present at the start of the game.and Nine (9) players on defense.

If a player arrives within 15 minutes after the start of the game said player shall be inserted into the lineup and shall receive mandatory play.  Please know that when a player arrives 15 minutes after the start of the game it is up to both team’s Managers as to whether that player shall be inserted into the lineup. 

All players are required to receive a minimum of One (1) at bat and Six (6) consecutive outs in the field.
